بررسی اثربخشی مداخله بازسازی پس ازطلاق فیشر بر خودپنداره و امیدواری زنان پس از طلاق

چکیده

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش برنامه بازسازی پس از طلاق فیشر بر خودپنداره و امیدواری زنان پس از طلاق بود.
روش­: در یک پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی 30 زن مطلقه شهر تهران به روش نمونه­گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و در دو گروه آزمایشی (15 نفر) و کنترل (15 نفر) تقسیم شدند. برای گروه آزمایشی 8 جلسه دو ساعتی آموزش بازسازی پس از طلاق فیشر به مدت 8 هفته برگزار شد و  گروه گواه در طول این مدت هیچ گونه مداخله روانشناختی دریافت نکردند. شرکت­کننده­ها توسط مقیاس خود پنداره بک و مقیاس امید اشنایدر سنجیده شدند.
یافته­ ها: نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل کواریانس نشان دادکه تفاوت معناداری بین دوگروه آزمایش و کنترل در خودپنداره وامیدواری در مرحله پس آزمون وجود دارد. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش بازسازی پس از طلاق فیشر بر خودپنداره و امیدواری زنان مطلقه تاثیر مثبت دارد (05/0P<). بر اساس شواهد پژوهش حاضر می­توان از این برنامه درمانی به منظور ارتقا امیدورای و خودپنداره زنان مطلقه استفاده کرد.

Introduction:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of Fisher's rebuilding after divorce training program on self-concept and hope of Women after Divorce.
Methods:In a semi-experimental research, 30 subjugated women in Tehran were selected through convenience sampling and divided into two experimental (15 subjects) and control groups (15 subjects). The experimental group received 8 sessions of fisher’s rebuilding after divorce training, each session in a week, while control group did not receive any training in the same time. Participants were measured by Beck Self-Concept Test and Snyder’s hope scale.
Findings: The results of analysis of covariance showed there is a significant difference between the two groups in the self-concept and hope in the post-test phase. The results showed that after divorce Fisher's rebuilding after divorce training has a positive effect on the self-concept and hope of divorced women (p<0/05).  Based on the evidence of this study, this program can be used to enhance the hope and self-concept of divorced women
